Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important - ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Providing the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor.   Enter all information carefully, and please double check to be sure it's correct.  If you don't know your consignor number, see the example below:

L-138-ZZJ is the consignor number in this example. Your own consignor number is printed on all of your tags and also appears in your account when you log into the JBF tagging site.

If you don't know your consignor number, please don't guess or make one up. Do not enter your name, phone number, etc. in the consignor number field.

Familiarize yourself with your consignor number and keep it with you during sale week. You will need it to drop off, pick up, and if you have questions about your account.





Schedule Your Drop Off

Wednesday, May 15 & Thursday, May 16 by appointment

WE have TWO options available for dropping off your items at the sale:

1. DIY - You bring your items into the building, check-in, go through inspection, and place them on the sales floor in the designated areas (please allow 30-60 minutes depending on the number of items you are bringing to the sale).

2. Express - No time for DIY drop off? Don't want to get the kids out of the car? With Express Drop Off, you drive up, we unload your items, and get them onto the sales floor.
** Time slots for Express Drop Off are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis ** 

Additional Express Fee: $25 for up to 250 items * EXPRESS DROP OFF IS ONLY FOR SELLERS WITH LESS THAN 250 ITEMS * The fee will be added to your total in the payment section at the bottom of the page.

DIY Drop Off Information:

  • Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop-off, if possible, to keep the process running efficiently which will save you time. 
  • Check-in when you arrive and follow the instructions for inspection and putting your items on the sales floor. 
  • You are welcome to bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue, if you have them. (We have a limited number of racks for consignors to use). 
  • Please plan accordingly to be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you experience an unexpected delay that would cause you to miss your appointment window by more than 10 minutes, please call us at 816-457-1234 so we can make alternate arrangements.
  • Arriving too early or too late for your appointment time may slow down the drop-off process, and our goal is to keep things efficient and help you to maximize your time!


Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with local non-profit organizations whose mission it is to serve families in need within our community. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

     Please Note: Items with tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items -- it does not change what you have printed on your tags.

You will receive your presale passes at drop-off. Just show them at the welcome desk when it's your time to shop!

I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor.
I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items.
I understand that by participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event I will be charged 40% of my gross sales.
I understand there is a $20.00 Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment. ** CONSIGNOR FEE IS ONLY $15 IF PAID BY SUNDAY, MARCH 17th at midnight. Use coupon code JBF5OFF to receive the Early Bird discounted rate. The fee increases to $20 at 12:01am on Monday, March 18th.
I understand that clothing going through Inspection at Drop off which is deemed a "no-thank-you" is bagged and available for me to take home before I leave the building. No-thank-you items found during the sale (due to stains, holes, etc.) will be available for pick-up at the end of the sale. We are not able to save or hold these no-thank-you items past the end of pick-up time which is 8:00pm on Sunday, May 19, 2024. No-thank-you items left past this time will be donated to a local, non-profit JBF Charity Partner.
I understand that items which are off-season, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members and Staff.
I understand that if I chose the Express drop off option, I will not bring more than 250 items to the sale. I will be charged a $25 fee for this service in addition to my $20 consignor fee. My items will be inspected and checked against current recalls by a JBF team member and are subject to all "no thank you" guidelines as described above.
I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 7:00pm-8:00pm. I acknowledge that I have selected a pick-up time during the registration process. Items will not be available for pick-up until 7:00pm unless otherwise stated.
I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 8:01pm on Sunday, May 19, 2024 will be donated to a local, non-profit JBF Charity Partner.
Consignors will be admitted at their registered pickup time and up to 15 minutes past that time. Consignors must have their items picked up by 8:00pm, Sunday, May 19, 2024. All items left past this time will be donated to charity.
I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:
1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and
2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken or damaged in any way; and
3) Any recalled item fit for sale was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program, and
4) Each item complies with applicable law, and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (https://cpsc.gov); and
5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and
6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.
I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at the 1/2 Price Presale until the sale ends.
I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.

Consignor Registration Fee

Early Bird Registration Fee is $15 through March 17 (use coupon code JBF5OFF to receive discount). Registration Fee increases to $20 on March 18.

Consignor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
